If you’re at Generations today, you will notice that I’m not here! That’s because I am currently about 8 hours south in Illinois getting ready to see the total solar eclipse. My husband was bound and determined to get our little family in to the path of totality for this ‘once in a lifetime experience’ (I’ve heard that phrase from him a lot regarding this trip!!). So, the three of us are off on an adventure. No worries, though. We are coming home tonight yet and I’ll be back tomorrow. I’m sure it will be an incredible experience, so long as the clouds stay away!
Anyway, I’ve got a few non-sun related updates for you. First, I wanted to let you know about another new fitness class here at Generations. You may have heard about Sydney’s Dance Fusion class. It has been insanely popular from day one and everyone has been loving it. Well, Sydney has added another dance class to the mix. Now you can join Chair Dance, a class designed to give you all the fun and exercise of a dance class while you can remain seated. This 30-minute class meets every Monday at noon. Give us a call if you’re interested in joining.
And since we’re on the topic of fitness, I also want to let you know that today’s Chair Yoga is going to be a video. Ellen is also off today so we’ll be starting the pre-recorded Chair Yoga class at 1:30pm.
Here’s everything else we have coming up…

By now you’ve probably realized that I’ve changed the system I use to send out the Monday Email. There are several reasons why I’ve made this change. First of all, I hope you like it! Second of all, don’t panic if the images are not loading like you are used to. This system is a bit more advanced, but that also means it’s a larger file type. Some email boxes may not load everything, trying to save you space. If you are looking at this email and upset that you can’t see any of the flyers, have no fear! I can help! Just right click on an empty box where a flyer should be and click ‘Download Pictures.’ It may take a second, but you should be able to see everything after you do that. Side note, you can do the same thing when I send out the Newsletter once a month to see the pictures in those emails, too. If you have questions on what I’m talking about or how to do it, just ask! I’ll be happy to help.
Thanks for making it to the end! Have a great week!
