I have a lot of big announcement for you this morning, so we are going to have to dive right in. First, I want to let you all know that our Healthy Living Coordinator, Erika, starts her maternity leave today! We wish her and her family the very best as they welcome their new baby! While we anxiously await Erika’s return (and pictures of her little bundle!!), we will show more videos than usual for some of our fitness classes. Please keep in mind, this is only temporary. Erika will be back before you know it. In the meantime, Emily and Sydney will be doing everything they can to accommodate all the classes they can, but we know that some classes will be impacted by this change more than others. We apologize for any inconveniences and ask that we all exercise just a little patience for the next month or so. For the next big announcement, I want to start by thanking Kohler Company. Due to a very generous grant from Kohler Co., we are able to launch a new check-in system on May 1 st ! There are several perks that come along with this new system: No more pre-registering for every activity. With a few exceptions, you will be able to register during the check-in process on your way to your activity. The new computers are fast and responsive. No more waiting around for it to register that you swiped your card! Find out what room your activity is taking place in right on the check-in screen. For those of you who were with Generations before COVID, you may be comforted to know that we are technically just going back to how our check-in process worked pre-2020. For those of you who weren’t here then, or maybe you don’t quite remember how it used to work, I will be holding a tutorial session THIS FRIDAY at 2:00pm. I will walk you through the process, have it displayed on a TV to ensure everyone can see, and answer any questions you may have about the process, what the exceptions are, and so on. I encourage anyone who is interested in seeing a test-run of the system to join. I’m really excited to show it off and I hope you are just as excited to see it in action. There may be a few growing pains, but together we will get everyone up and running in no time. OK, I still have some other points to touch on, but let’s take a break and look at upcoming events. Remember, after May 1 st , you will not need to pre-register for any of these activities unless it specifically says otherwise. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Monday, April 22 nd , 10:00am – Earth Day Clean Up Celebrate Earth Day at Generations! First, on May 15 th , we will be hosting Dave and Friends from 11am – 1pm. Dave and Friends is a fun, interactive musical group that plays Pop Songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. When I say interactive, I mean it! Dave asked us to ask you if anyone wants to get involved. Specifically, do any of you want to request a specific song? Would you like to volunteer to sing a specific song? Would anyone like to share a joke with the audience? Or would anyone like to request a Polka or a Waltz song to dance to? If you are interested in any of this, let Joa or me know ASAP. We will get with Dave and he will get your requests worked into the program. It’s going to be a really fun afternoon! Lastly, Emily asked me to share with you that she will be at a Parkinson’s Disease conference this coming Tuesday, April 23 rd . This means we will have videos for both Arthritis Classes (9:30am and 11am) and for our Cardio Fit (7:30am). Walk Fit, Dance, and Tai Chi will not be affected. That should do it for today. Thanks for hanging in there with me. Have a great week, enjoy the spring weather while it lasts, and talk to you again next Monday! Meghann

I hope everyone got to get out an enjoy the beautiful weather we had this weekend! My family thoroughly enjoyed it, but probably the happiest creatures in our house were the cats. We actually opened the windows yesterday and when I tell you my cats were sparky, that is a huge understatement. A little bit of fresh air is all it takes to turn them into wild jungle cats! It was good for them, though, and us, and it was just so nice to be able to turn the heat off and feel the breeze…for a little while anyway! On to business! I have some very exciting news for you this morning. We are very happy to announce that individual Tech Talks are back! Spencer, who runs our monthly Tech Talk class, has decided to come every Tuesday to help out. Appointments are available now, so please give us a call and we can get you on the list. Just a heads up, he is only meeting with one person per week, so there will probably be a bit of a wait to get in, but you are always welcome to attend the class on the last Tuesday of every month. Also, in case you hadn’t heard, the Pickleball nets are finally up! Hopefully some got to enjoy the courts this weekend. The nets are up for good so the outdoor Pickleball season has officially started at Generations. As a reminder, member may use the courts for free, but if you bring a friend who isn’t a member, there is a drop box in the shed for their $5 guest fee. If you’re at Generations today, you will notice that I’m not here! That’s because I am currently about 8 hours south in Illinois getting ready to see the total solar eclipse. My husband was bound and determined to get our little family in to the path of totality for this ‘once in a lifetime experience’ (I’ve heard that phrase from him a lot regarding this trip!!). So, the three of us are off on an adventure. No worries, though. We are coming home tonight yet and I’ll be back tomorrow. I’m sure it will be an incredible experience, so long as the clouds stay away! Anyway, I’ve got a few non-sun related updates for you. First, I wanted to let you know about another new fitness class here at Generations. You may have heard about Sydney’s Dance Fusion class. It has been insanely popular from day one and everyone has been loving it. Well, Sydney has added another dance class to the mix. Now you can join Chair Dance, a class designed to give you all the fun and exercise of a dance class while you can remain seated. This 30-minute class meets every Monday at noon. Give us a call if you’re interested in joining. And since we’re on the topic of fitness, I also want to let you know that today’s Chair Yoga is going to be a video. Ellen is also off today so we’ll be starting the pre-recorded Chair Yoga class at 1:30pm. Here’s everything else we have coming up… ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Monday, April 8 th , 11:00am – Veterans’ Chat The lunch special will be Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. Please RSVP in advance to reserve a seat. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ By now you’ve probably realized that I’ve changed the system I use to send out the Monday Email. There are several reasons why I’ve made this change. First of all, I hope you like it! Second of all, don’t panic if the images are not loading like you are used to. This system is a bit more advanced, but that also means it’s a larger file type. Some email boxes may not load everything, trying to save you space. If you are looking at this email and upset that you can’t see any of the flyers, have no fear! I can help! Just right click on an empty box where a flyer should be and click ‘Download Pictures.’ It may take a second, but you should be able to see everything after you do that. Side note, you can do the same thing when I send out the Newsletter once a month to see the pictures in those emails, too. If you have questions on what I’m talking about or how to do it, just ask! I’ll be happy to help. Thanks for making it to the end! Have a great week! Meghann

Welcome back after a long holiday weekend. It was kind of a gloomy weekend, but there were plenty of festivities to keep everything bright. My family had a lot of stops yesterday, each with an egg hunt and basket. It was so much fun getting to watch him and all his cousins running around looking for those eggs. It was even more fun to watch the older kids helping the younger kids, the kids sharing and trading their treats, and just generally being very respectful young people. Don’t get me wrong, there was plenty of screaming and a few tufts broke out, but when you have 4 boys under 10 it’s fine as long as no one starts bleeding! Anyway, I hope you had a nice Holiday as well. Now that we’re back at it, I’ve got a couple of things for you. First, I have an announcement regarding Open Air Club’s 2024 season. We have decided that Generations will not be hosting any of the Open Air Club outings this year. However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be outings! Uptown Social has graciously opened their Open Air Club to Generations members. If you joined this club in the past and want to find out more about this season’s outings, please contact Audrey Sager. You can reach her at (920) 918-8769. Also, I wanted to mention one more time that we are looking for people who are be interested in starting a 500 Rummy card playing group at Generations. If enough people are interested, we will look at scheduling a first meeting to discuss times, days, how often we want to meet, and so on. So, if this sounds like something you would like to join, please let me know! We are always open to new things, we just want to make sure it’s the kinds of things you want. Here’s what we have coming up. Check out April 9 th …it’s going to be a crazy day! ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Tuesday, April 2 nd , 5:00pm – Common Scams & Frauds The Wisconsin Bureau of Consumer Protection will discuss the details of common scams that target seniors, the warning signs of a scam, and what to do if you or someone you know falls victim to a scam or fraud. As Wisconsin’s lead agency for consumer protection, the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection, provides information and education, mediates complaints, investigates cases, and takes enforcement actions to fight fraudulent and deceptive practices that harm consumers and honest businesses. Please let us know if you plan to join. Thursday, April 4 th , 11:45am – Nutrition Talk with Dr. Dan What are probiotics, how much should you really be taking, and which ones should you consider? The calendar and the weather really need to get on the same page! Last week, we celebrated the first official day of spring, and then we got the most snow we’ve gotten all month. Somehow, that doesn’t seem fair, especially with all the kids home on Spring Break this week. We’ll just hope that this is the last of it and we won’t see snow again until next winter. That’ll work, right? Anyways, today is a big day at Generations! Tonight, at 4:30pm, we are hosting our Annual Meeting. If you’ve never attended, you should consider doing so. It’s not a very long meeting, but we go over some really interesting things. We’ll talk about last year’s financials, attendance numbers, and more. It’s almost like the year-in-review, if you will. We will also have quite a few Board Members in attendance, so it’s the perfect opportunity to get a really good look at what happens behind the scenes at Generations. We hope to see you there! In other news, Wendy with Black Sheep Travel is still looking to fill a spot for the Cities of Canada tour! You still have a chance to get in on a trip that’s been sold out for months. It really is going to be a great trip with stops at a ton of great attractions. The trip is scheduled for June and you do need a passport to cross the border. If you are interested or want to learn more, please contact Wendy at blacksheeptravel@yahoo.com . One more thing before the upcoming events. Growing Generations is running a Penny War upstairs and asked us to join the fun! Proceeds from the Penny War will go to Growing Generations Community Committee to be used for the winning room’s prizes, Teacher Appreciation Week in May, and other morale boosters throughout the year. We have our collection jug on the counter, next to the fridge, at the end of the hall. If you need help finding it, just ask! The collection goes until April 5 th . Good Morning & Happy Monday! Did anyone else see white stuff flying around this morning? I don’t know about all of you, but this back and forth, warm and cold business is for the birds! But Spring is coming! The first day of Spring is TOMORROW!! Let’s hope the weather plays along. Of course, there’s always the option to get away for a bit, which leads into my first announcement for today. Wendy with Black Sheep Travel let us know that there is an opening on the Cities of Canada tour! This is your second chance to get in on a trip that’s been sold out for months. And it’s going to be an amazing trip, too! You’ll get to visit a ton of great destinations, see some amazing sights, and even get to take a short cruise on the St. Lawrence River. The trip leaves in June and you will need a passport to cross the border. If you are interested or want to learn more, please contact Wendy at blacksheeptravel@yahoo.com . In other news, this week starts our brand-new Dance Fusion class! This class will offer cardio-based movements with an emphasis on dance components to get the heart pumping. It will start with a nice gentle warm-up including things such as isolations, rotations, arm/leg swings, and stretching. This class will promote balance, help reduce stress, and reduce joint pain and stiffness- while also being great for the spirit and mind! Plus, there will be no floorwork in this class! Our newest instructor, Sydney, set this class as low- to moderate-intensity, so it will be great for people of all abilities. Dance Fusion will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am. Let us know if you want to give it a try! Good morning everyone! I have a lot of notes for you today, so I will keep this as short as I can. I’ll start with reminding you all that Sunshine on the Street is this week! If you’ve never been, you should really check it out. It’s heartwarming to see so many from the community come out for no other reason than to bring some extra smiles to the world. To prepare for the event, we will be making our signs on March 12th from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM in the art room, joined by the kiddos from Jungle Cubs. Whether you'd like to assist the kids or create your own sign, we welcome all members to come and join the fun! If you’re interested in checking it out before the big day, watch this video by TMJ4: https://www.tmj4.com/news/local-news/sunshine-on-the-street-spreads-encouragement-and-love-in-plymouth I also have a few fitness-related news to share with you today. First, you may have already known that we launched a Parkinson’s Fitness class, but starting this month, we are also launching a support group. The first meeting will be this week Friday, the 15th immediately after the fitness class. Parkinson’s is a challenging disease, but you don’t have to do it alone. And if you’re a caregiver, you are invited to join too. Healthy Living is about more than work outs, it’s about taking care of the whole person, and support groups are a great way to do that. Contact Emily (enelson@generationsic.org) if you have questions. And in other Healthy Living News, you will be seeing some new faces around Generations. Two new faces, in fact. First, Erika joined Emily a couple of weeks ago. She has mostly been stuck in the office doing trainings, but as of last week, she has started teaching some classes. It has been going great so far and everyone has been enjoying the new energy in class. Second, Sydney will be joining the team as well, with her first official day being today! Sydney will help fill in here and there for our regular classes, but primarily she will be bringing some new classes to Generations. Specifically, DANCE CLASSES!! There will be a few to pick from, ranging from Chair Dance to high-end cardio dance work outs. We don’t have all the details on this quite yet, so keep an eye out for a flyer announcing more on the dance classes. It’s a great time to be at Generations! Wow, that was a lot, and I’m not quite done yet. But let’s look at the upcoming event before I give you a couple more notes. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Monday, March 11th, 11:00am – Veterans’ Chat The day’s special is Taco Salad for $8. Tuesday, March 12th, 10:00am – Intergenerational Art This month we will be working with the kiddos to prepare for the annual Sunshine on the Street event here in Plymouth on the 13th. We will be making and decorating signs for the kids and our members to walk around with for Sunshine on the Street. If anyone would like to help the kids make posters, call or email Joa to volunteer. Tuesday, March 12th, 11:00am – Great Marriages Presentation We’ve all seen the billboards on the roads around Plymouth, but now you have a chance to meet with the people behind the organization! Learn about their organization, what their mission is, and what kind of couples they are looking for to join as mentors. You don’t have to be perfect to help others, and Great Marriages is a great organization to show you just how impactful you can be in your community. Please call, email, or stop in to RSVP. Tuesday, March 12th, 2:15pm – Winter Cornhole League Wednesday, March 13th – March Supper Club RSVP Deadline This month we are heading over to Elkhart Lake to visit Lake Street Café. If you would like to join, please call, email, or stop in the office to put your name on the reservation list. Then, we’ll see you at Lake Street on Thursday, March 21st at 5:00pm. Thursday, March 14th, 10:30am – Proper Posture & Body Mechanics Class Emily will be doing a special class focused on body movement and posture to be mindful of during exercise classes. Having the right posture and using the right movements can make the difference between a healthy, productive fitness class and one that could cause harm. Have your questions ready! Please call, email, or stop in to RSVP. Thursday, March 14th, 1:00pm – Life’s Lessons Writing Club This month will be a self-led writing club as Shannon, the group leader, will be unable to attend. We will have some prompts for you to work with if you would like the extra spark of inspiration. Friday, March 15th, 11:00am – DIY with Caylee Join Caylee and prepare for Easter season by making your own Easter Wreath! For $5, you will get all the supplies you need, instruction from Caylee, and get to keep your creation to take home. Please call, email, or stop in to RSVP no later than the 13th. Friday, March 15th, 1:30pm – Movie Matinee: Gran Turismo (2023) Based on the unbelievable, inspiring true story of a team of underdogs - a struggling, working-class gamer, a failed former race car driver, and an idealistic motorsport exec - who risk it all to take on the most elite sport in the world. Please sign up ahead of time to reserve your seat. Tuesday, March 19th, 2:15pm – Winter Cornhole League This is the last meeting of the Winter League. Wednesday, March 20th – Bring a Friend Day Once a month, we invite all our members to bring a friend (or two) to learn about what Generations has to offer. The daily guest fee is waived for all guests on Bring A Friend Day, so they can join a class, play a game, or grab some lunch without having a membership. If you bring a friend, stop by the office to sign in and then join us for a group tour at 11:30am. This is a virtual tour only. The talk will be held at Generations. Let us know if you want to join! Thursday, March 21st, 5:00pm – Supper Club at Lake Street Café in Elkhart Lake ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ As promised, I have a couple more notes before I’m done this morning. First, I want to remind all our Pickleball players that City Hall is closed to Pickleball this week. They are installing new lighting and need the space clear. Normal hours of play will start back up next week. I also want to make a couple of quick comments on the parking lot. We are still seeing cars here and there with their front end hanging over the walk ways. We need to keep the walk ways clear for safety reasons. If someone has a walker or wheel chair, they may not be able to use the sidewalk if half of it is being covered up by a car. We’re also seeing in increase of people parking too close to, or over, the parking spot lines. Parking is at a premium during busy times and we really don’t want one car taking up two spots. So, if you get out of your car and notice you’re too close to/over the line OR you see the front end of your vehicle is hanging over the sidewalk, please return to your car and re-park. It only takes a minute and it will make the parking lot more accessible to everyone. Alright, that’s enough for today. My goodness, that was long. I feel like, if you made it this far, you deserve a medal! Anyway, have a great week and talk to you again next time. Meghann

I hope everyone is enjoying the unseasonable warmth lately! This weekend was lovely, wasn’t it? I was almost tempted to open some windows in the house, but we’re not quite there yet. Jacob got outside quite a bit, which was nice for him. He even took the dog for a walk, which was comical once he had to figure out the dog bags. Needless to say, I will continue to be walking with them until he gets a stronger stomach! We’ve got a busy couple of weeks coming up, and there are a couple of things I want to point out. First, the Annual Sunshine on the Street is coming up on March 13 th . We will be prepping posters and signs to display and parade around with during our Intergenerational Art Class this month. This is really a fun event and a great way to connect with the kids at Growing Generations and our community as a whole. I’ve got more information on the art class below. And speaking of artistic expression, we have a really neat interactive chalkboard decoration right now. Jackie made a bunch of adorable picture frames out of chalk, but they’re all empty! That’s where you come in. Grab a piece of paper from the dresser closest to the chalkboard and draw a picture of what Generations means to you, how it makes you feel, or of anything else that Generations brings to mind for you. And don’t worry, there’s already a few stick people up there, and there will be a few more once I’ve finished mine. Lastly, Joa asked me to let you know that we will be holding another Tie Blanket event. As a reminder, these blankets are going to children battling cancer at Children’s Hospital and we are working in conjunction with the We Believe organization. If you would like to help tie blankets, we are meeting this coming Thursday the 7 th in the Gathering Room at 3pm. You can stay here to work and socialize or you can take the materials home to work on your own time. Just let us know if you want to help! Here’s what we have coming up… ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Monday, March 4 th , 6:00pm – Slow Flow Candlelit Yoga Emily is back for another Candlelit Yoga! This slow flow will help you unwind after a long Monday. If you’ve attended before, we hope to see you again. If you’ve never been, why not give it a try? Just make sure to call, email, or stop in to let us know you’re coming. Tuesday, March 5 th , 11:00am – Fireside Chat with Greg As we get closer to our Annual Meeting, grab this opportunity to talk with the Director in a smaller group setting. Greg will update you on everything going on and answer any questions you may have. We encourage you to sign up ahead of time so we know how many to expect (and how many to have chairs for!). Tuesday, March 5 th , 1:00pm – HearingLife Hearing Screenings Get a free hearing screening from HearingLife at Generations. They will also be offering free equipment cleanings and consultations. This event is by appointment only and space is limited. Make sure to call ahead to see if there are any openings. Tuesday, March 5 th , 2:15pm – Winter Cornhole League Tuesday, March 5 th , 5:00pm – Consumer Protection Series: Identity Theft We are very happy to announce the launch of the Consumer Protection Series at Generations! We also want to give a special thanks to Senior Helpers, Glander, and Allay Home & Hospice for sponsoring this event. RSVPs are not required, but pre-orders on the lunch special are. Call, email, or stop in if you have any questions. Thursday, March 7 th , 11:45am – Nutrition Talk with Dr. Dan CBD products are everywhere, but really, what’s the deal? Is it actually beneficial? How is it different from Marijuana? And what does it actually do to the body? Join Dr. Dan as he breaks down the facts and answers your questions on the topic. Please let us know ahead of time if you want to join. Friday, March 8 th , 11:00am – Dog Club with Great Lakes Search and Rescue Join us for a presentation on Search & Rescue Dogs. Learn about the training they go through, what situations the dogs help with, and even get a short demo of their amazing abilities. Unlike every other Dog Club, we ask that you DO NOT bring your pet with you this time. We don’t want to disturb the Search & Rescue Dogs that will be joining us for the presentation. Please call, email, or stop in to sign up. Monday, March 11 th , 11:00am – Veterans’ Chat The day’s special is Taco Salad for $8. Well, I am again writing to you on a Friday. The same Friday as last time, in fact. I’m not at Generations today but I am back home. Our flight came in yesterday afternoon but, between jet lag, a verifiable mountain of laundry, and missing my little boy, I needed one extra day to settle in. I’m even calling Jacob in sick to school today so we can all be together after a week apart. I don’t have any details on the trip for you, because as I’m writing this I haven’t left yet, but I’m sure I’ll have tons of stories to share when I’m back in the office tomorrow. I don’t have a ton of notes for you today, but there are two worth mentioning. First, it’s that time of year where we start thinking about gardening. At least, we can start planning to think about gardening! As you may know, we have several raised garden beds next to the patio that is open for our members to use. However, we do ask that people sign up to use the plots. Normally, they are claimed pretty early in the year, but this year we have 2 beds available. Both are 8’ X 3’ in size. These plots are available on a first-come-first-served basis, but please keep in mind the responsibility that comes along with the plot. If you claim it, you are also responsible to weed both in the garden bed and the areas surrounding it. If interested, please contact Dick Fellenz at (920) 893-0071. On another plant-related note, Kendall was tending to the plant in the Gathering Room and has found it really needs a new planter. If anyone has a spare pot that’s just collecting dust, let us know! We would also need some extra dirt for when Kendall re-pots it. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to Kendall for details. Here’s the list of all the upcoming events: ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Tuesday, February 27 th , 1:00pm – Tech Talk Series with Spencer Join Spencer for another installation of his Apple Tech Series. Who’s a target? What are the tactics? What should you do if you’ve been attacked? Bring your questions and be ready to learn the best ways to protect yourself from fraud. Please call, email, or stop in the office to RSVP. Thursday, February 29 th , 11:45am – Nutrition Talk with Dr. Dan This month, Dr. Dan will be discussing Spring Cleaning for the body. Join us to learn about natural ways to cleanse the body. Please sign up ahead of time so Dr. Dan can plan accordingly. Friday, March 1 st , 1:30pm – Movie Matinee: My Big Fat Greek Wedding Part 3 (2023) After the death of the family's patriarch, Toula attempts to locate her father's childhood friends in Greece for a family reunion. Happy Monday! Full disclosure, I am writing this at around 11am on Friday. Currently, I am in sunny Hawaii with my husband celebrating our 15 th wedding anniversary. Technically our anniversary is in July, but who wants to go to a tropical island in the Summer? Even though I’m not there yet (as of writing this email), I’m going to go out on a limb and say we’re having a great time. Don’t worry, you know I’ll include all the details when I get back. Even though I’m out of the office all this week, we’ve still got a ton going on. Before looking at events, I’ve got some notes for you, because honestly, when don’t I? First, I want to remind you all that the Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive is in full swing. We have donation boxes set up at both building entrances. You have until March 3 rd to drop off donations. Also, I want to let you know that the Hearing Screenings that were supposed to be happening on the 21 st has been cancelled. I have more details below, but it has been rescheduled for March 5 th . Finally, if you would normally email me to sign up for classes or events, I am not here this week. However, you can absolutely still email in sign-ups. Please send them to Joa at jcain@generationsic.org or Diane at the front desk. She has an email now, and can be reached at dreineking@generationsic.org . You can still email me if you’d like, but please know I won’t be able to respond until February 27 th at the earliest. Joa and Diane are going to be your go-to gals in the meantime. Alright, here’s what we have coming up… ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Tuesday, February 20 th , 11:00am – We Believe Presentation We Believe is an organization working to help provide relief for pediatric oncology patients and their families in Wisconsin. They provide treats, gifts, blankets, and more to children at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Come learn more about their mission and ways you can help. Wednesday, February 21 st , 11:00am – Heart to Heart with Thrivent Have a heart to heart with Cesar from Thrivent on Caregiving. How does becoming a caregiver affect your relationships, your finances, and what ongoing help is available? Most importantly, learn how to have those difficult conversations with loved ones to keep the lines of communication open. Please RSVP to reserve a spot for this great talk. Wednesday, February 21 st , 2:00pm – Effective Communication with Adult Children Embrace Care Management will be here to discuss how to talk with you adult children as roles start to change in the relationship. Please call, email, or stop in to reserve your spot. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Being on vacation is no reason to slack and forget a final note! Kendall asked me to remind you all to please make sure the front of your car is not hanging over the walkways when you are parking. It makes it harder for people to walk if they have walkers or wheel chairs, and if we get more snow, it is near impossible to move the snow blower around. If you pulled in too far, please get back in your car and back it up a little. It will really help Kendall out and will also help those who need help with their mobility. Thanks for making it to the end. Enjoy your week and see you all soon!
