Advanced Parkinson's Mat Fitness
This advanced level class is designed specifically for individuals with Parkinson's who are ready to challenge themselves with mat-based strength, mobility, and balance work. Using the floor as a foundation, this class focuses on building core strength, improving coordination, and enhancing functional movement patterns that support everyday mobility and independence.
PLEASE NOTE: Participants must be able to get down to the floor and back up unassisted in order to safely participate. This is an advanced class tailored for those with a highler level of mobility and strength.

Movement for Brain, Body, and BalanceList Item 1
A class influenced by Pilates, Balance and Parkinson’s Specific Exercises. We will work on brain & body awareness, balance focused exercises and strengthening and engagement of core and back muscles to improve balance, gait, strength, flexibility and overall quality of life.

Parkinson's Specific Exercise
This class consists of seated and standing exercises to exercise the brain and body. We focus on lengthening and strengthening the muscles, rotation through the upper body, chest opening, balance and coordination, and cognitive function.
Available: Wednesday & Friday @ 12:00pm
Instructor: Emily (Wednesday & Friday) & Erika (Wednesday)
**Please Note: The Wednesday class will include standing and mat work. The Wednesday will have two instructors to assist participants.

Connect with specialists, our Healthy Living Manager, and other people living with Parkinson's Disease and their caregivers. Learn best practices, new tips, and share experiences in this confidential support group. All are welcome!

PingPongParkinson
PingPongParkinson is a program that uses table tennis to improve the physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being of individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease. The sport enhances hand-eye coordination, balance, and motor skills while fostering social connections in a supportive and inclusive environment. Participants enjoy the benefits of physical activity, community engagement, and an improved sense of independence in a fun and adaptive setting.
